For those to whom the first steps of a small child are a special moment this story will have meaning.
Mrs. K. relates: “Our daughter, who will be three in February, has constantly been on our mind. She is our fourth child and did not develop normally.
“We brought her to a specialist who told us nothing but time and nature will tell whether she will progress normally. I prayed for the strength to accept God’s will in all this but I did want her to lead a normal life. At the time, she had loose joints, soft bones and a skin problem.
“Since that time, thanks to God and Blessed Mother, she has improved quite a bit. In August, we traveled 425 miles in one day to visit the Grotto. The next day on the feast of the Assumption we went to Church. We had no sooner arrived home when our baby, who had taken only a few steps, walked from the kitchen to the dining room. Ever since then she has been walking.”
